Water is of an essential importance for health, well-being, technological and economic development of humanity. “Without water there is no life”.
Goal no. 6 of the Sustainable Development Agenda of the United Nations (Sustainable Development Goals – SDGs) is aimed at ensuring sustainable water management until 2030.  The protection of underground water from pollution is extremely important and this publication aims to explain how to approach it. The publication “Methodology of preparation of report for determination of protection zones of springs for public water supply” is divided in 2 parts: theoretical part with 8 chapters and practical examples with 2 chapters.
