The 2^nd transnational project meeting took place in Klaipėda , 23–24 September 2026.

It was a fruitful gathering where the Partners discussed the status and the development of the Project, reviewing all the Workpackages.

WP1 saw the discussion of expenditures, as well as the setting of the next meeting in October 2026 and June 2027

WP2 – Self assessment framework

• The work will be turned into a scientific manuscript led by SMK. Partners choose to be co-authors or to be acknowledged
• The questionnaire is still a draft, with conceptual issues to resolve
• The final tool will be translated into LT, MK, EE, AL and FI
• Light testing and piloting were discussed

WP3 – Enhancing resilience- building approaches

• All items A 3.1 – A 3.4 were discussed

WP 4 Resilience Diagnostics and Digital Platform

• The concept and the constraints took the spotlight, the budget allocation and task arrangement are being reassessed

WP 5 – Dissemination and exploitation

• The dissemination events were agreed upon, as well as social media activities, the communication workflow

The pleasant surprise came from the visit of “Vėtrungė” gymnasium in Klaipeda, one of the Partners, where besides the working ambient, the school and the students presented what the school stands for, and its proudest achievements.
