The 1st transnational project meeting for the Erasmus Project  “SAMER: Schools’ Ability to Adapt in the Modern Educational Context: Navigating Resilience” took place in Skopje, R. N.Macedonia, 3-4^th of Februrary 2026.

The SAMER Project aims to offer solutions to the identified needs of school that are beyond the scope of one individual institution: such as lack of tools for identifying sensitive areas to change,  or the existing tools are too narrow ,too static or fail to support the adaptive capacities, and overall, schools need a clear, structured, indicator-based self-assessment tool that enables data-informed decision-making and continuous improvement.

The Partners took the opportunity to introduce each other, as well as present the assigned tasks from the Project so everyone gets a clearer picture of what lies ahead, such as:

• Mapping and analysis of existing frameworks of self-assessment tool
• Stakeholder engagement and evaluation
• Designing content of self-assessment
• Testing and piloting the self-assessment

Тhe meeting prioritized efficient resource allocation and streamlined communication. Centralized tracking tools and standardized visual templates will ensure cohesive messaging while maximizing reach across pre-existing, targeted audiences. Ultimately, this alignment shifts the project focus from administrative overhead toward sustainable, high-impact dissemination.

The Partners and the Project team are ready and looking forward to contributing to a very useful tool the schools can utilize.
